BIOGRAPHY

Matt Pariseau has called Austin home since 1995. A California transplant presently residing in west Oak Hill, Matt is a South Austinite at heart, having never lived north of the river in his more than twenty years as a resident. As such, he takes pride, and draws constantly, from his expert knowledge of the area in order to ensure his clients couldn't be happier at closing, whether selling their current home or buying a new property. 


In early 2013, Matt teamed up with Jeff Embree to establish Waterloo Realty as a localized, boutique real estate firm. Matt quickly earned the reputation as a savvy negotiator who could win homes in a competitive seller’s market. He has extensive experience with coaching the first time homebuyer, non-warrantable condo sales, as well as listing homes for sale in south and southwest Austin.


He works tirelessly to create a lasting relationship with his clients so that he can anticipate their needs and tailor solutions on a personal level. Throughout, he aims to educate and demystify the world of real estate for his clients so that they are constantly comfortable and consistently informed. 


For Matt, it's all about taking great care of people, focusing on the details and always being available at a moments notice. In a market that moves as fast as Austin's, Matt understands the value of being a step ahead of the pack.
